COVID-19 Safety Precautions

Dear Pink Caviar Lash & Brow Spa community,

We have always prioritized our clients' safety, and in these uncertain times, this is no different. We are so excited to serve you all again. Of course, there are many safety precautions the public health officials and government agencies expect us all to follow, and I can assure you Pink Caviar will be following all safety measures. We've spent these last few weeks figuring out the best process for cleaning, sanitizing, and booking. Clients like you helped us build this business, so I want to make sure you feel safe and comfortable at all times. With that in mind, if there's anything you feel I've overlooked below, let's talk. We have stocked up on all necessary disinfectant products as well as disposable supplies. Some of the disposable items like bedsheets and facial masks do come with an up-charge. We do ask that if you are having any symptoms that mimic the coronavirus, or even a cold or flu that you please stay home and reschedule for a later date. We will be checking every client's temperature as they check in with a laser thermometer that requires no contact. In addition, all clients are required to wear a facial mask before entering the spa and during your entire visit. We will also be wearing face masks, sanitizing, spraying, and wiping down surfaces all day before and after every appointment and replacing each bed with a disposable bedsheet after every client. We do ask that all clients stay in their car and call us or text us when you arrive for your appointment. We will then signal for you to come in. Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointment.

We are going to do our very best with our extended hours and days to accommodate all that has missed their appointments due to our temporary closing. Also, for all of the clients who donated to our Go Fund Me will receive a free service of your choice. As a courtesy, we will have a $5 OFF special for other clients for the rest of June. Our spa cancellation and no show policy will resume; therefore, we do ask that you please give us a 24-hour notice if you cannot make your upcoming appointment to avoid the $35 cancellation fee.  In addition, please be on time to avoid scheduling issues. Thank you so much for being patient and understanding during this time. We look forward to serving you soon.

How do I make an appointment?

You can go online to pinkcaviarspa.com to book your appointment starting Monday, June 15th. You can also text us at 262-674-6522, call the spa at 470-278-1732, or send us an email to contact@pinkcaviarspa.com. At this time, we are not accepting any walk-ins; appointments only.

When you arrive at your appointment:

Please ring the doorbell and someone will assist you shortly. call us or text us when you arrive in the parking lot. Please wait in your car until you are signaled to come in. Please do not bring any other visitors with you that are not getting serviced.

Five minutes before your appointment, we will do a contact-free temperature check with an FDA certified thermometer, and you will answer four short questions about any possible exposure to COVID-19. These questions must be answered every time you visit the spa. If you answer yes to any of the questions or if your temperature is above 100.4 degrees (according to CDC guidelines), we will have to reschedule your appointment.

After you pass the questionnaire and thermometer checkpoint, you will then be directed to sanitize or go to the restroom to wash your hands for 20 seconds before getting serviced.

Because social distancing applies and space is limited, please arrive 5 minutes early to check in to get your temperature checked, fill out paperwork, and to wash and sanitize your hands. 10 minutes late to your appointment is an automatic cancellation, if you are running late, please give us a call so we can try our best to accommodate you. This also ensures that the technicians don't fall behind and that we maintain that six feet of space!

Wear a facial mask:

All clients are required to wear a mask to enter the spa. Please keep your facial masks on the entire time. Our employees will be required to wear masks also.

Discounts and Pricing:

We are offering $5 off all services for June. Please mention the discount or Go Fund Me donation at checkout if it applies to you.

The Cancellation Policy:

We charge a $35 cancellation fee if appointments are not canceled at least 1 day in advance of your scheduled appointment time. You have a 1 hour grace period to cancel your appointment after the automated text reminder is sent out 24 hours before your appointment. Of course, if you wake up feeling sick, don't worry about your appointment! Call or text us, and we'll take care of it. Keeping yourself (and us all!) healthy is the most important thing.

No-Show Fee:

So many people are waiting to get in for overdue appointments right now, so it's more important than ever that you come in when you're scheduled and on time. Don't worry; if you've opted into our automated reminders, you'll get a text 24 hours before or email 48 hours before your appointment. I'm sure you'll be there, and we can't wait to catch up, but in the event that you can't make it, let us know in advance. Otherwise, a no-show fee of $35 will apply.
