We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. Please honor your appointment; if you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24-Hours* before your scheduled appointment time to avoid the $35 cancellation fee.

We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. While there is no fee for late arrivals before the 10 minute grace period, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.

Please Note: Call us if you're running late, 10 minutes late is an automatic cancellation. We give all clients a 10 minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time to arrive. Client’s that are not checked-in by the 10 minute grace period, your appointment will be canceled. If your appointment is canceled, you will be charged the cancellation fee. You will then have to schedule a new appointment for the next available time slot.

Guests arriving over 10 minutes late may be asked to schedule a new appointment, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be canceled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

All of our appointment confirmations are sent via email 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time & a text 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Please honor your appointment; if you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least, 24-Hours * before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a $35 cancellation fee.

* We charge a cancellation fee if appointments are not canceled at least 1 day in advance of your scheduled appointment time. You have a 1 hour grace period to cancel your appointment after the automated text reminder is sent out.

If your card on file previously declined when we attempted to charge you the cancellation fee. You will be asked to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all of your future appointments with us. This deposit will go towards your visit, and it'll be deducted at checkout. You would not be able to secure a slot on our schedule without this deposit if your card declined before.

We accept appointment cancellations via telephone or voicemail at 470-278-1732. You can also cancel via text message at 2626PinkCaviar (262-674-6522). We also accept appointment cancellations through email at contact@pinkcaviarspa.com.

Please note: COVID-19 has been going on for over a year now. If you are experiencing symptoms, we asked that you stay at home. We also request that you follow our cancellation/ rescheduling policy and cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged the cancellation fee. We are a very compassionate company, and if you could provide your results, showing your status, name, and date of the test, we will be more than happy to give you a full refund. If you can not provide proof, we will not process a refund for the cancellation fee. This also goes for any emergencies that prevent you from making it to your appointment.


If you booked an appointment on Google Reserve, your appointment will be canceled. Google Reserve is NOT apart of our booking system or business. Please go to our website at http://pinkcaviarspa.com or give us a call at 470-278-1732 to book an appointment.

48-hour repair policy

If you have any concerns or problems with the service you received, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no additional charge. We're proud to offer you this policy because we guarantee our work.

* Refill prices are based on a 40% requirement; anything less than 20 lashes per eye is considered a "Full- Set" and will be charged accordingly.

FOR BEST RESULTS – Please come with clean lashes, no mascara, facial creams, or residue from oil-based eye makeup removers.


no children

Note: Please come to your appointment by yourself. We have a no children/ no entourage policy. Children are not allowed unless being serviced.


no cellphone policy

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival and remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter the spa. Please inform your technician should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other spa guests. We will kindly ask you to step outside to finish your call. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.


event & group bookings

For parties of three or more, please contact our spa for group booking policies and availability. A completed contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties. Exclusive use of the spa is available; please inquire for fees and available dates.


extras

All clients are required to put a credit card on file or pay a non-refundable deposit towards your service to secure a slot with us.

If you disagree with our spa policy, cancellation fee, prices, etc., we asked that you not book an appointment. We highly suggest you find a place that better suits your needs and budget.

We have the right to refuse service. We have no problem accommodating clients when we're at fault, but we do not tolerate rude clients. We will, in fact, process you a full refund and block you from booking with us in the future.
