Pink Caviar Lash & Brow Spa is a new beauty spa located in McDonough, Georgia. We're looking for the right Salon Manager / Receptionist to be apart of our fast-growing team. Must be hard-working, professional, trustworthy, reliable, & responsible. The Spa Manger/ Receptionist will be the owner’s right-hand person. Therefore much is required of you, and you will be continuously rewarded for your hard work.

Responsibilities and Duties

• The Salon Manager/ Receptionist assists in managing the business operations by maintaining records and files, preparing cost and inventory reports, and ordering supplies.

• Answering phones, booking appointments for clients and calling clients to confirm appointments

• Answer questions regarding store and products, while maintaining knowledge of current sales, and store promotions.

• Performed opening and closing duties to include cash/credit procedures and facility cleaning.

• Ensure customer’s satisfaction by communicating and resolving any customer complaints.

• Greeting clients with a friendly smile and walking them to the proper station

• Serving clients refreshments and beverages

• Creating spreadsheets, type documents such as instructions, rules, budgeting, finances, & bookkeeping

• Supervise & managing all employee's daily activities by generally overseeing of personnel duties and productivity

• Accept and processed credit card and cash transactions.

• Provide training and orientation to salon staff members

• Oversee compliance of health and safety standards by maintaining a clean, sanitized, and well-organized work environment.

Microblading Artist

We're now hiring full-time Professional Lash Technician's to start work immediately! Pink Caviar Lash & Brow Spa is looking for experienced Eyelash Extension Technicians. This is a great opportunity for the right talent. An eyelash technician specializes in treatments that improve the appearance of eyelashes by applying lash extensions. We’re looking for someone with high concentration, artistic, excellent eyesight, accuracy, and who pay close attention to details. The ideal Lash Artist has mastered mapping, placement, timing, and solution techniques for different lash types.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Must be able to apply eyelash extensions and individual lashes

• Must be able to apply a full set of lash extensions within 2 hours

• Design specific treatments based on each individual guest.

• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization.

• Perform consecutive professional eyelash extension appointments, one after another.

• Create a relaxing experience for the guest.

• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness in the salon.

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times

• Be willing to learn new techniques.

• Must be patient and provide excellent customer service

• Commission Only could make up to $500 - $1,000 a week.

• Consult with each guest to determine needs.

• Perform brow services such as shape with razor, wax, threading, tint, & brow fill with makeup. Micro-blading & Threaders are a plus but not required.

• Maintain a relaxing environment for the guest

• Uphold professional standards of sanitation and sterilization

• Maintain a professional appearance always

• Be willing to learn new techniques.

• Must be patient and provide excellent customer service

• We prefer experienced eyebrow techs.

• Commission Only could make up to $500 - $700 a week.

Licensed Esthetician

Pink Caviar Lash & Brow Spa is looking for a Licensed Esthetician. This is a great opportunity for the right talent. We’re looking for someone with high concentration, artistic, excellent eyesight, accuracy, and who pay close attention to details.

All Esthetician are required to have experience and MUST BE LICENSED

Responsibilities and Duties

• Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through our list of products and services

• Perform facials and other skincare services based on the packages our customers choose

• Upsell lotions, creams and other skincare products

• Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings

• Train new estheticians as they join our staff

• Provide skincare consultations for customers with troublesome skin or problem areas

• Have experience in facials, dermaplaning, body waxing, body wrapping, chemical peels, facial extraction, microneedling & more.
